GLOW blend: what is in it and how to track it

Updated 2026-10-15 · The Pep Planner

GLOW is not a single compound. It is a name vendors use for a three-part blend in one vial. This page covers what is usually in it, how to read the label and how to keep accurate records.

What it is

GLOW is a vendor name for a blend of three peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu (a copper peptide), BPC-157 and TB-500. The name is a marketing label, not a scientific one, so the exact recipe depends on who sells it.

How it is usually sold

  • As one freeze-dried vial containing all three parts
  • Often blue-tinted from the copper in GHK-Cu
  • With ratios that vary by vendor, so the label should list the amount of each part
  • Sometimes under other names for a similar three-part blend

Regulatory status

None of the three parts is an approved medicine in the U.S., and BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the WADA prohibited list. Check the rules where you live.

Storage basics

Store it like other freeze-dried peptides: sealed vials cold and dark, mixed vials refrigerated and used within a window you set from the vendor's guidance.

How The Pep Planner helps you track it

Add GLOW as its own stockpile item and put the three amounts in the name or notes, for example "GLOW (GHK-Cu 50 / BPC 10 / TB 10)." The calculator works from the total in the vial, and a protocol linked to it counts down that vial, so you never log it as just one of its parts.

Common questions

Is every GLOW vial the same?

No. Ratios and totals differ between vendors. Read the label and the COA for your lot, and record the amounts you actually have.
